🏆 Comprehensive Apartment Renovation: Stripping and Waxing Spotlight 🏆

Imagine walking into an apartment that had been abandoned for 8 months, left with no power, and inhabited by squatters. The new owners faced a daunting task but knew exactly who to call for the most complex cleaning solutions.

This apartment made good use of our multifaceted building services approach: appliance repair, drywall repair, floor repair, cabinet restoration, plumbing & electric, deep cleaning, and our favorite at CCM, stripping & waxing floors.

The management thought this floor was a loss and was unaware of our x-ray vision and love for all things stripping & waxing. We've come to learn, as with most things in life, that even the dirtiest things have a shine inside that's just waiting to get out. You just gotta put the work in! With our specialized techniques and attention to detail, we delicately scraped off these residues to ensure a thorough, deep clean without embedding them further into the floor.

✨ Project Spotlight: Comprehensive Apartment Renovation ✨

We are excited to share one of our most extensive projects, where we brought together nearly all of the services Complex Cleaning & Maintenance offers!

This project involved:

🔹 Mold Remediation
🔹 Deep Cleaning
🔹 Demoing and Installing New Cabinets and Counters
🔹 Plumbing and Electric Handyman Services
🔹 Appliance Refurbishment
🔹 Drywall Installation

The apartment, designed for ADA accessibility with a roll-in shower, was inhabited by tenants unaware of the dangers of mold. Without a shower curtain, water spread freely, causing rampant mold growth.

Our Approach to Mold Remediation:
Mold removal and remediation should always follow specific protocols (see EPA Guide: Mold Remediation in Schools & Commercial Buildings). At CCM, we ensured thorough elimination by addressing the moisture source and using critical techniques like HEPA vacuuming, negative air scrubbing, and dehumidifying. We also employed an Ozone Machine for broad-spectrum disinfection and chemical-free odor neutralization.

Due to extensive water damage, we had to remove most of the drywall and the bottom half of the cabinets. After the remediation and demoing the damaged components, we rebuilt the kitchen and bathroom, finishing with our top-tier cleaning services.
