As we wrap up this last 5 weeks, I have to shout out Whitney Dorman as she has been KILLING it in both weight & dance classes!! And she has the paperwork to show it !!

This is what consistency looks like 💪🏽
🔥 Down 4.1% body fat
💪🏽 +2.5 lbs muscle
📉 Down 5 lbs the RIGHT way

We’ve taken Whitney from lifting 5–8 lbs to 25–55 lbs!!! STRONGGG 🔥 bc the goal is heavy babbbbyyyy !
