Tonight reminded me why I LOOOOVE ZUMBA!!! The energy is AAAAAAMAZING!! This isn’t even all the participants for tonight’s class!!! The energy was 🔥🔥🔥

Transparency moment:

I got really discouraged when no one showed up to the FREE classes I’ve been offering. I had to remind ME that ITS OK!! Everyone can’t have or deserve what or where you are!! Love in the ones who show up! Health and wellness, fun and fitness, dancing like no one is watching isn’t for everyone and THATS OK!!!

God has always blessed me with a super spectacular Zumba family! Even on the hard days, they make me laugh and push harder!!!
