I’m soooooo excited!! I was hired to do my first meal planning/prep for a client!!

This does not show everything that was made! We had 1/2 sweet potatoes to go with the salmon dinner!

What services were provided:

~Nutrition consult for chronic disease mgt/prevention
~Customize meal plan
~Grocery List
~Shopping with client (fun experience)
~Prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner! (Not all meals shown)

What made this a great experience:

The client has a VERY busy schedule and was eating out and eating the same bland tuna sandwiches for lunch and dinner! They don’t have time to put the work into creating menus or cooking! That’s where I come in!!!
~They were opened to trying new foods, including something of mine that they turned their nose up to!😜
~This saved the client time and money!
~This was low sodium and includes foods and seasonings that are heart healthy.
