River Acres Water Supply Corporation would like to invite you to the Annual Members meeting on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the RAWS office. Immediately following the annual meeting, a special meeting will take place to elect officers for the board. There will be refreshments served, free water giveaways for your attendance and free RAWS merchandise available. Both meetings will be streamed online if you cannot attend in person. The online meeting information can be found at the bottom of the official agenda posted online at www.rawscorp.com and the RAWS office bulletin board.

We have partnered with Nexbillpay as a NEW payment portal for customers interested in using their e-check, debit card or credit card to pay their bill. Nexbillpay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online.

On June 1st, 2026 customers paying with credit/debit card, or e-check will pay a service fee directly to Nexbillpay (new payment portal). The service fee will be disclosed to you prior to the payment being submitted and will be a separate transaction on your account.

Fee Schedule:
Credit/Debit card for bills that total $0.01 - $200 is $2.50
Credit/Debit card for bills that total $200.01 - $5,000 is 2.75%
E-Check is $0.01 - $5,000 is $2.00

•What is the service fee?
Nexbillpay charges a small service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. Service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing your payment.

•Does River Acres WSC keep any part of the service fee?
River Acres WSC does not keep any part of the Nexbillpay service fee. Nexbillpay is a separate entity providing a service for all the customers of River Acres WSC.

How do I use this service (starting June 1st, 2026)?
Customers will need the following to pay their bill:
1. The account number (located on your billing card, or call the office to verify).
2. Your payment method: check, debit card or credit card.

As always, paying by cash or check has no service/convenience fee!
