You may not want to hear this, but you have to get over yourself. Stop getting in your own way. The perfect time to start working on your health is right now. In fact, I dare you to make 1 healthy choice for yourself after you read this post.

Do 10 squats
Drink some water
Tell yourself a positive affirmation

It takes one choice. That once choice will start to build motivation. That one choice will start to build self trust. Make that one decision every day.

So many people don’t make that first healthy choice because they are waiting for after the holidays or waiting until after they gain control over a certain aspect of their life. When, in reality you wont gain control over your life until you gain control over your health.

Listen you are important. Your health should be a top priority. Show up for yourself.

Let’s discuss lasting change:

Often you will see people make a change on the outside. You’ll see they’ve either lost weight, gained muscle, or probably both.

So why do people lose progress on their fitness journey? Why do people lose so much of their gains and then some?

The simple answer is because people focus on only one area of transformation. They focus on the surface-based issue rather than what’s going on deep down.

To truly transform and take the next step of being able to maintain the gains we have made, we have to work on our health at a deeper holistic level. We have to work on our daily habits, our mindset, and our lifestyle!

One good workout a day is great, but what are you doing those other 23 hours per day?

Set a 30 Minute timer, put on your favorite playlist and hit this killer lower body circuit!
30 Minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)

1. Kettlebell swings x 15
2. Goblet squats x 12
3. Single leg RDL x 12 each leg
