🌟We’re so excited to announce our 1st Sacred Self-Care Sunday Day Retreat!!! It will be held here at Amor Sanas & at our wonderful neighbor’s Nu Movement. Our intention is to cocreate a memorable experience connecting to self, our community, & the highest good of all.
We’ll begin the Retreat in front of Amor Sanas on University Ave at 1 pm sharp then flow over to Nu Movement’s studio for a Kundalini Yoga, Breath & Meditation session to get us all connected & grounded.
We will continue our day over at Amor Sanas for Massage, Red light therapy, Infrared Sauna therapy, Tarot readings, optional Cold Plunge, & more. We will have light refreshments included in your care packages to enrich you with. The retreat will finish off as we come together in front of Amor Sanas & Just Juice 4 Life. 🌱🌬️Have you experienced one of our breath work & meditation classes yet? Our practitioner Shanna teaches a few a month & they have helped to enrich the self-care community we’re building here in Rochester. We’d love to hear your personal experience if you’d like to share in the comments!

💚 Shanna is a certified trauma informed Kundalini Yoga teacher & the classes she offers here are beginner friendly & likely very different than other breath work classes you may have experienced. She is also an intuitive channel so the classes are based around the energetics of the collective’s healing.
