To me yoga is about the life I have gained. I struggled with lower back tension, stiffness, mobility, and inflexibility. I have been doing yoga for 5 months now and it has changed my life. My back pain is better, I move more fluidly, and I gained flexibility and mobility beyond what I thought was possible. Additionally I experience a lot less anxiety and have developed the ability to breath through life’s struggles. The biggest change overall has been my confidence level.
It has taken me awhile to feel this way, and the changes don’t happen overnight, but the key has been embracing the challenges of yoga. I’m hooked and can’t wait to see the rest of my progress. A shout out to Aimee Trout and Lindsay Barts for guiding me through this journey-I am so grateful for you both and the impact it has made on my life.
