I've been using the "Simple" app for my weight loss journey, and it's been fantastic! Check it out!
I love the AI coach that I can ask any question at anytime.
The 10 minute work out is very light or you can ask for a harder workout. It's your choice.
You can ask the coach a recipe for anything and it helps you with the recipe. I thought not eating for 18 hours was going to be hard but im not hungry at all!
The cost is 44.00 per month. I am 4 days in and down 7 pounds! Feeling full of energy and joints arent as stiff!

New plan! Checked out AI workouts for women over 50. My joints are aching and i know i need to do something. I started yesterday and i already feel more energy!
Holding myself accountable! No more Optavia soy based foods. Sure they worked, but really not sustainable. I am going to try to find my normal! How are you all doing?,
