đ Have you hit a with your weight loss? There are a lot of things that you can do to change things up a bit.
1. Switch to IsaLean Pro instead of IsaLean shakes. 2. DON'T cleanse on the same days each week!!
3. Eat a variety of foods. Don't get stuck on the same foods.
4. Cycle your calories. Have a higher calorie day, followed by a lower cal, then a medium calorie day. Change it up.
5. Add exercise to your routine!

10. Take new measurements and make sure youâve actually plateaued. If youâre losing inches, thatâs NOT a plateau.
