Are you like I was, before I started cultivating my consciousness and awareness through meditation? Before I ever stepped foot into a meditation center I didn't know that my thoughts, my energy, my feelings, and my emotions played a roll in how my reality was being created.

I felt like life was happening to me, rather than feeling responsible for what was happening to me and around me. I felt plagued in a sense.
