Flexibility 🄊🄊🄊
This week we will work on improving our range of motion and mobility. Decreased muscle length can have a negative effect on posture, gait and balance. Poor mobility is also a frequent cause of pain in the lower back and neck. Stretching can be done by holding a pose for a length of time or moving through a yoga style flow. We will try many different styles of stretching this week!
