Meet one of our patients, FL. FL has Age-Related Macular Degeneration and has an artificial lens implant. She wanted to see her television, get around without bumping into things, and see things further away than walking distance. Dr. Kornfeld prescribed two types of custom glasses 👓 - 3.0x wide-angle bioptic telescope glasses and 2.2 bioptic reverse telescope glasses with a reading cap for the eye with the implant. 📚🌟 FL can now see the world around her and do the things she loves without fear of getting hurt. We love being able to change people's lives through our specialized glasses and lenses.

🌈 Embracing Life Beyond Vision Loss! 🌟

Meet Robert, a true inspiration! 👏 Despite facing the challenges of Achromatopsia, a non-progressive hereditary visual disorder that affects color vision, through us, Robert has found ingenious ways to enjoy life to the fullest.

Robert relies on his trusty telescopes for various activities, from driving and hunting to tackling a massive 96" monitor during work conferences. 🚗🦌👨💼 No more front-row seats or special accommodations needed – Robert now has the freedom to sit wherever he pleases, thanks to his telescopic aids.

But that's not all! Robert's telescopes have opened up a world of enjoyment, allowing him to cheer on his beloved sports teams, the NY Yankees and the Pittsburgh Steelers, with enthusiasm. 🏈⚾

All of this became possible with the help of Dr. Kornfeld, who prescribed 4X spiral bioptic telescope glasses and 3X wide-angle bioptic telescope glasses. These incredible tools have given Robert the ability to pursue his passions and prove that there is life after vision loss! 🌟

Let's celebrate Robert's resilience and determination in the face of adversity. 🎉 His story serves as a powerful reminder that challenges can be overcome, and life's vibrancy can shine through even the darkest moments. 🌈❤️
