🍎 Pack Snacks & Water – Some infusions take a few hours, so bring something light to eat.
🎧 Bring Entertainment – A book, movie, or music can help pass the time.
💤 Rest Before & After – A good night’s sleep and hydration can make a big difference in how you feel post-infusion.
