This sums up so much of my healing journey that I have been on for several years.
May we all remember that there is NOTHING bad within or about you. You have done what you needed to survive. Don’t let harmful theology/philosophy, drag you down. Find the threads and keep pulling, digging, moving, doing what you need to get to those toxic roots. Keep moving towards healing and be sure to rest along the way.
