This one-hour lecture will differentiate and discuss mobile (telehealth) practices in comparison to traditional office settings, as well as hybrid options for house call/brick and mortar set ups. Some updates since we last connected on IG:⁣

I had a baby and he’s almost 18 months now! They say you don’t have a favorite until you have a favorite (he’s my 3rd) 😉 ⁣
⁣
Rochester House Call Chiropractic has served almost 100 patients from all over Monroe County! From Hilton to Henrietta, Brockport to Bloomfield (although most of you in Irondequoit, Victor, Penfield and Webster) It has been a joy to travel this city and care for your families 🥰 ⁣
⁣
I awarded the second annual Steven M. Dreiling Memorial Scholarship to a wonderful senior at my high school alma mater. I was touched to learn during the ceremony that she had also lost her father. It makes me so happy to know that our dads were there, smiling down on us and I’m sure beaming with pride 🥹
⁣
I finished out a two year term as District Vice President of the New York State Chiropractic Association where we did a TON for our members including a hybrid of local in person and virtual meetings, inexpensive live online CE, student sponsorships, updates to never ending ICD10 and workers comp changes, providing the most current procedures with response to the pandemic, local professional guest speakers (medical doctors and attorneys) and the list goes on 🧠 ⁣

I was elected to the Board of Directors for the NYSCA and attended the fall conference as a delegate in downstate New York! I was able to meet so many wonderful docs from all over the state and we created a big vision for unity and growth in the future 🤝 ⁣

On June 17 my family welcomed a beautiful 8lb4oz baby BOY to our family! The best part? I was able to achieve my life’s goal of an informed, non-medicated, intervention free childbirth. ⁣
⁣
So much mental and physical work went into my prenatal experience and I’d like to give a BIG shout out to all those who supported me during my pregnancy, including:⁣
⁣
The entire Bay Creek Midwifery team especially who attended my labor and played a huge part in making it the dream delivery I had hoped for ⁣
⁣
my amazing doula through as well as the leader/facilitator of our monthly VBAC support group⁣
⁣
for providing weekly virtual classes and breathwork, visualizations, and rainbow relaxation meditation that helped so much with sleep, general anxiety and of course the birthing process itself⁣
⁣
Dr. Nichole Clemente of Rochester Chiropractic and Pregnancy providing me with regular prenatal chiropractic adjustments and

and her healing sessions and exercises ⁣
⁣
last minute appointments and seed placement when induction was on the table⁣
⁣

🎉At the beginning of June, Rochester House Call Chiropractic turned 2! Experiencing my “baby” survive a pandemic and thrive over these past two years is nothing short of a miracle. I am so proud of the services I’m able to offer to my community here in and can’t wait to see what the next several years bring!⁣
⁣
That being said, June 2021 is another very special time as I will be welcoming a 3rd child to my family any day now.⁣
⁣
Fortunately I’ve had the opportunity over the past several months to update current and prospective patients about the upcoming changes in my schedule due to maternity. ⁣
⁣
As for those of you who I have been unable to connect with, I’d like to take this opportunity to check in and let you know what can be expected: ⁣

👉While the newest member of my family will be my number one priority, I will be dedicating time each week to manage Rochester House Call Chiropractic. In any case, please be patient if I am not able to get back to you right away.⁣

June’s Virtual Prenatal & Postpartum support group special guest is Erica, a Mental Health Therapist and Licensed Creative Art Therapist (LCAT) with a specialty in outpatient art therapy for children, teens, and adults.⁣

Erica's current project is an online course for women with prior traumatic cesarean deliveries, helping them overcome birth trauma and feel calm and confident about preparing for a VBAC. ⁣
⁣
If you have had any kind of traumatic experience with a prior birth, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn some alternative healing methods. ⁣
⁣
The VBAC Without Fear course is still in beta status, meaning it is currently being developed. Because of that, Erica is offering free access to the content for exchange of honest feedback to anyone that attends this months meeting, so be sure to RSVP (link in bio) and join us! ⁣
