My approach to treatment is person-centered and shaped to best help meet the needs of each individual. The therapeutic interventions I use are evidence-based, which means they have been researched and proven effective. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to establish an understanding of what is causing them distress and to develop skills to overcome challenges in life.
I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. My specialty is helping teen and young adult females.
