2. See your Monday as a new start, sort of a refresh if you wish. This will get you excited for what is up ahead.
3. What is the one thing you want to achieve that week? It can be as simple as cleaning your room or sending a message to check on someone. Whether big or small, turn it into a fun challenge to conquer that week.
