Harvard Integrated Wellness is comprised of a diverse group of independent health care professionals who collaborate to offer a holistic approach to healing and wellness. What we have in common is an inclusive, person centered approach to healthcare. We integrate modern medicine and ancient modalities that investigate how the mind and body interact to support health. There is a lovely & serene yog

a studio on the premises that offers classes in yoga, movement and meditation. The space is also open for workshops that promote holistic health, healing and recovery. Like spokes on a wheel, we are balanced, when the many aspects of our life are equally addressed without extremes but rather with kindness to self and moderation.

Please join Renee Thursday evenings for Trauma Sensitive Yoga. This is not your ordinary yoga class. It is also not your typical therapy group.​ Inspired by the work of Bessel van der Kolk this class uses physical movement, meditation and breath work to help people move beyond the {memory of} traumatic events that often keep people stuck.

We’ll learn about the impact of trauma on the mind and body - and have the opportunity to safely experiment with moving our body and being in control of it through asana {yoga poses}, pranayama {breathing exercises} and meditation.

Those new to yoga are welcome. This slow-paced class is not about achieving the perfect pose. It is just about showing up. The rest will come.
