Training week #4! Keep putting those miles in to prepare for the Thomas Broom 5K for LIFE!!! 👟
- Mon. 9/29- Speed Run: 5 × 2 min run / 90 sec walk between efforts
- Tues. 9/30- Easy Run: 30 min jog
- Thurs. 10/2- Tempo Run: 12 min easy, 10 min tempo pace, 5 min easy pace
- Sat. 10/4- Long Run: 2.25 miles
-Wednesday & Sunday: Rest days!
