Groups surround topics to include bullying, self-esteem/self-worth, managing stressors, learning coping strategies, all in a safe space with like-minded youth.
Ages: 10-13 years old
Max: 10 per group
Modalities utilized but not limited to: talk therapy, art as expression, and music to aid in fostering a collaborative group environment
