Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Location: Casper, Wyoming
Territory: Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota
Travel: Overnight travel required
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Outside Sales Representative to serve customers and grow new business throughout Wyoming, Nebraska, and South Dakota. This role requires regular travel and focuses on face-to-face sales, relationship building, and territory management during standard weekday business hours.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a territory of existing and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Conduct in-person sales meetings
• Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized service van and shop area
• Ensure inventory is properly stocked, organized, and rotated by expiration dates
Qualifications
• Previous sales experience preferred (outside sales experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic phone operating skills (Samsung)
