🔍 What is the Parent Information Center?

The Parent Information Center (PIC) provides free education, resources, and support to parents and families of children with disabilities. We help parents understand special education laws like IDEA, guide them through IEP and 504 plans, and empower them to become strong advocates for their children’s education and success.

We also offer training and education for professionals across Wyoming to improve support and services for children with disabilities.

Wyoming Free Legal Answers (WFLA) is an online tool where qualifying individuals can submit civil legal questions to volunteer attorneys for free. If you live in a rural area, if you cannot afford an attorney, if you are unable to attend an in-person event, WFLA is an option to get civil legal help.
