This past week, the CARE Center of New Jersey helped spread a little warmth during these freezing temperatures ❄️💙

We proudly distributed over 250 new and gently used winter coats — plus scarves, hats, and boots — to families visiting our food pantry.

As winter weather hit New Jersey hard, these essentials made all the difference for community members without proper cold‑weather gear.

We are deeply grateful to Ocean State Job Lot, The American Legion National Headquarters, FreedomCare, and our amazing community volunteers for their donation. Your compassion ensured that our neighbors could stay safe, protected, and warm.

A huge thank‑you to the amazing team from Reckitt for spending part of their day volunteering at our Food for Hope pantry! By stocking shelves and assisting customers, they helped create a welcoming, dignified experience for families accessing essential resources.
