3 months. that's all it took.

she came in with concerns about redness, texture, tone, and forehead lines. we built a plan and we stuck to it.

3 sessions of the DenaVe vascular laser first clearing the redness and broken capillaries, evening her tone and texture. then when her skin was ready, we did botox for the upper face.

2022 vs. 2026. same person. different skin.

I get asked all the time what I do. So here it is, no filter, no secrets.

✦ Botox regularly. not to freeze my face. to keep the lines from becoming permanent, lift my brows, and look rested without looking done.

✦ SPF every single day. no exceptions. mineral, reapplied. it is the most effective anti-aging product that exists and it costs nothing compared to fixing the damage later.

✦ Medical grade skincare. the stuff you buy at the drugstore is not the same. the ingredients are not the same. the pe*******on is not the same. it matters.

Quick 23 hours in NYC and worth every single second ✈️🗽✨♥️

Training with the GOAT, .arthurswift , has been on my bucket list for several years, and the timing finally aligned. To say this experience was advanced would be an understatement. From topographical anatomy, consultation and assessment skills, to product rheology and next-level injection techniques…my mind is completely blown.

One of the things I love most about medical aesthetics is that there is ALWAYS more to learn, always ways to refine your craft, and always opportunities to become better for your patients. I’m beyond grateful to have had this opportunity to learn from one of the best in the world.

I can’t wait to get back to and begin incorporating everything I learned from this incredible experience and share it with all of you 🖤

Okayyyy…I finally did it. I officially joined the FAUX flower bandwagon 😂👏🏼

After somehow managing to unalive my real flowers every single summer within 4-6 weeks (despite my best efforts 😅), I decided I was DONE spending a small fortune replanting them twice every season. So this year…I swapped them out for faux geraniums and honestly…I’m obsessed.

Not only do they look SO real, but they were half the price, require zero maintenance, and will actually survive my chaotic schedule all season long 😂🙌🏼

I paired them with these topiaries for the perfect little pop at both my house AND Glow this year and I seriously could not love them more.
