At Freedom Functional Medicine, this Thanksgiving hits a little differently.
This year, we’re especially grateful for the community that has embraced us, supported us, and trusted us as we work to change the way health is delivered here in Rockford. Opening our doors and watching this community show up with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire for something better has been one of the most meaningful experiences of our journey so far.
