HOW OFTEN DO YOU REST AND REALLY RELAX?
This is Daisy. We rescued her from the street, where she had developed some interesting habits. One thing she knows how to do is live in the moment, relax, and rest.

How often do you take a vacation? Even 1-3 day getaways?
Did you know Americans are the worst at taking their vacation time? It’s best to get away up to 3 times a year, even if it’s going someplace an hour or two away from home.
So, what’s the big deal about vacations? Stress reduction!

1. Mental Reset. They interrupt the daily patterns and allow the mind to unwind.
2. Physical Relaxation: Less work and increased rest lowers tension
3. Boost Mood and Wellbeing. Fun activities release endorphins, improving emotions.

So, when are you taking your next vacation?
Please comment below with your destination and the activities you enjoy. I'd enjoy hearing about your adventures.

Positive Change Starts With Small Steps:

Ever feel like you’d have to quit your job, live on a mountaintop, or an island in a tree house like Swiss Family Robinson to find peace and calm? Good news—you don’t! 🌄
But, how do you manage stress and unexpected events? Here are three tips to test out.

1. Begin each day with a quiet time to review your schedule and PRIORITIZE
2. Chunk your priorities and devote a specific amount of time to each one. When time is up, move on.
3. Minimize interruptions. Turn off notifications or use airplane mode.
Go team!

Feeling stressed? Did you know that practicing mindfulness, even for just 10 minutes a day, can reduce stress? But what exactly is mindfulness anyway, and how do I practice it?

It involves slowing down and noticing, in the present moment, what your thoughts, self-talk, emotions, and surroundings are in any situation, without getting caught up in reacting negatively or judging yourself or others.

Learning how to reduce stress and overwhelm is crucial for maintaining your overall health and happiness.

For a limited time, I’m giving away FREE Copies of my new book, Achieve Lasting Inner Peace.

If you're interested, please post BOOK in the comments below.
