(I am happy to report that the sometime is now.)

It's easy to critique others, but perhaps we would all be better served if we spent that time choosing a goal that would lead to self improvement. Here's my challenge to all of you today, as I have decided to take tomorrow off and recharge my own battery...

Go one week without criticizing or critiquing another. Don't mince words. Don't look for flaws. Spend an entire week working on something specific that YOU can improve and try to find at least one good thing where you would've normally seen flaws. I plan on keeping a daily journal of this for myself. I bet it will change all our lives if we do it! ~Marsha
