Join us at 9AM each Wed & Friday at the Rockport Opera House. No pre-registration needed. All are welcome. ♥️ Welcome to my page, Yoga by the Sea! I currently offer OUTDOOR Yoga in the Rockport Harbor Park each WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY at 9AM. Strengthen. Decompress. Calm your mind. Get a little fresh air & sunshine while overlooking the beautiful Rockport Harbor. All are welcome to join! �

Also, I am happy to offer individual or small group private classes, so if you have friends or family in town and would like to set up a time to practice together OR have local vacation rentals & want to offer private yoga to your renters, just reach out to work out a time, day, and location. I can come to you, or we can meet at the Rockport Opera House or even down in the Harbor, depending on what's available that day. Lots of options and happy to discuss. So, come snuggle up on your mat for an hour of Yoga at the Rockport Opera House each Wednesday & Friday at 9AM... and if you've never been to a class there, give it a shot...
