This virtual, restorative yoga class is designed for anyone navigating the turbulent waters of ED recovery. You will be guided through grounding postures and breathing techniques to support embodiment and cultivate peace in the present moment. This class is trauma sensitive, HAES aligned, and appropriate for all stages of recovery
All-Levels Yoga Flow: Grounding Through the Holidays: (40 minutes / pay what you can: $5-20) 
In this virtual yoga class you will be guided through a gentle yoga flow to cultivate a sense of safety and wellbeing in the present moment. This practice will support grounding and comfort through a time of year that may feel overwhelming, chaotic, and challenging. This class is trauma sensitive and HAES aligned.
