Here, we have a case where the patient was suffering from severe periodontal infection, gum loss, bone loss, loose teeth, constant pain, and loss of function. Even worse, there was a loss of confidence. The patient was embarrassed to smile and show his teeth. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​We decided on a full arch All-on-X approach. All teeth were removed, all infections were cleaned out, bone grafting to repair the defects, and 6 implants were placed on the upper all at once. After healing, we made a temporary PMMA bridge to assess the speech and esthetics. A final solid zirconia fixed bridge was fabricated, giving the patient a pleasing esthetic result and restoring all functions.

You don't always have to restore your entire smile. This patient wanted to fix the two worn-down / chipped front teeth but wanted a conservative option. Together, we decided that non-invasive composite veneers was the right option to retore and enhance her smile.

Step 1 - we did a diagnostic wax up (mockup) of the 2 front teeth based on her smile and the proper length:width ratio

Step 2 - using the mockup as a guide, we layered on the composite resin

Step 3 - tints and opaquer were added to create a more natural appearance
