Join our friendly, patient-focused team at Eyecare Rockwall! We’re seeking a skilled and personable Associate Optician to deliver exceptional eyewear service and care to our valued patients.

About Us:
At Eyecare Rockwall we combine modern eye care technology with personalized service. From comprehensive eye exams to premium eyewear, our team is committed to making every patient feel seen, understood, and cared for.

Responsibilities:
• Assist patients in selecting lenses and frames that fit their style, needs, and prescriptions
• Take accurate measurements and ensure proper frame adjustments and fittings
• Provide lens education and care instructions to patients
• Process orders and verify prescriptions
• Maintain product displays and inventory
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure seamless patient experiences

Qualifications:
• Previous optician experience preferred (licensed or unlicensed)
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Knowledge of lens types, coatings, and frame materials
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Strong computer knowledge
• Able to commit to a Monday - Friday
