Our mission statement isn’t just a statement, it’s a way of life at Highlands Oncology.
Highlands Oncology is excited to announce that we have partnered with Expain to bring Electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO) to our patients. Highlands is leading the way in this endeavor, being one of the first community oncology clinics in the country to offer the service to their patients. “This technology will allow us to work proactively with patients who are not currently in our offices, but who may be experiencing negative symptoms like pain, nausea, or a variety of other ailments.” said Jeff Hunnicutt, CEO of Highlands. “Patients can use their mobile devices to easily share these symptoms, and our team of experienced triage nurses and clinicians will work hand in hand with our patients to address these concerns and improve their care experience.”.
If you are a patient and would like to learn more about ePRO through Expain at Highlands Oncology, feel free to reach out to us at 479-587-1700, or ask our helpful staff the next time you are in one of our clinics, and we would be happy to assist you.
