Merry Christmas FitFam💪🏻🎄

The snow is falling, soft and light, but in the gym, we lift through the night.
Barbells clink, the kettlebells swing, The spirit of Christmas makes our hearts sing.

We're lifting more than just the weights, we're pushing limits and challenging fates.
Like Santa's sleigh, we rise above, fueled by cheer, strength, and love.

The stockings hung with care are neat, but we've got sets and reps to beat.
Through squats and presses, we endure, finding strength in every floor.

No turkey or pie slows our pace, we train with joy, no need to race.
For Christmas isn't just for rest, It's about the effort-doing our best.

Here's to muscles, bones, and might, to lifting joy, on Christmas night.
As bells ring out, we'll cheer and lift, for strength is a most precious gift. 🎁❤️

This right here is a prime example of focusing on weights/protein/ cardio.

These photos are 8 weeks apart
with a 10lb difference.

This right here is proof that cardiovascular exercise only burns calories while exercising. Weight training burns fat while exercising and continues days after.

To change your body, focus on these things in this order... (although Matt in his second photo consumed more calories to bulk.)

1-calorie deficit
2-focus on at least 100 grams of protein daily
3-get 7-10 thousand steps a day
4-lift weights
Watch your body transform!!
Reach out for your calorie/macro goal!!
