Beth's diverse background makes it very easy for her to meet her client's needs whatever they may be: Physical or Emotional. ach more about the breath (vayus) to future yoga therapists. She can help with chronic pain, injuries, diseases such as cancer, diabetes, scoliosis, and heart disease to bring health and healing to you. She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and Yoga Alliance. She completed an 800 hour Yoga Therapy Certification by completing the first in the nation Masters of Science degree in Yoga Therapy through Maryland University of Integrative Health(MUIH), an IAYT accredited school. She completed Her eRYT-500 certificate through MUIH, completed 200 hours of training at Atlanta Yoga and 300 hours of training at Asheville Yoga Center and has over 2000 hours of teaching experience. The yoga therapy components of her practice are based on her C-IAYT status with the International Association of Yoga Therapy, which is an advanced therapist certification, not derived from her status as an eRYT500 ®with Yoga Alliance Registry, which is a teacher certification. She has a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Education and Human Development. Beth is a Reiki Master and a member of the Sound Healers Association. Beth uses tuning forks and music in most of her classes. Beth was a licensed Brain Gym® Instructor. She teaches yoga to children as well as adults, incorporating Thai Bodywork, Brain Gym®, Reiki and Sound Healing into her teaching. She is available for Healing Sessions that combine Reiki with sound healing, meditation and yoga. Beth is a founding member of Yoga 4 Rome and the owner of the Healing Arts Center of Rome.
