STOP scrolling — this simple move can calm your sciatica fast.

Sciatic pain doesn’t always mean you need meds or rest. Sometimes your nerve just needs the right movement.
Do this exercise slowly and controlled to reduce nerve irritation, improve mobility, and ease that sharp pain shooting down your leg.

Key tips
• Move within a pain-free range
• Breathe, don’t rush it
• Stop if symptoms worsen or travel further down the leg

This is one of my go-to exercises I give patients dealing with low back pain and sciatica.

If this helped, send a ⭐️ in the comments.

Stop living with hip pain — this is hip bursitis, and it’s VERY treatable.

This patient came in with sharp hip pain, tenderness on the outside of the hip, and pain when walking, standing, or sleeping on her side. After proper assessment and targeted physical therapy treatment, we addressed the inflammation, improved mobility, and reduced her pain safely — without injections or surgery.

Hip bursitis (trochanteric bursitis) is commonly mistaken for sciatica or arthritis, but treating the wrong problem delays relief. The key is identifying the source of the pain and treating it correctly.

If you’ve been dealing with hip pain, side-lying pain at night, or pain that worsens with walking, don’t ignore it — physical therapy can help.

STOP scrolling if your lower back or sciatica is acting up.

Do this really simple stretch to help relieve back pain and calm down sciatica symptoms. It helps loosen tight hips and low back muscles, reduces nerve tension, and improves mobility. Move slowly, breathe, and stay within a pain-free range. If it feels sharp or worse, stop.

Try it daily or whenever your back feels stiff or irritated.

If this helped, send a ⭐️ so I know to share more like this.

What side do you feel your sciatica more — left or right?

Back pain on ONE side that just won’t loosen up? This might be why.

This half-kneeling side bend targets the quadratus lumborum (QL) and stiff areas of the low back and hips that often get overlooked. If your pain feels tight, one-sided, or worse with standing, sitting, or walking, this movement can help restore mobility and reduce pressure on the spine.

How it helps:
• Improves low-back and hip mobility
• Relieves one-sided back and hip pain
• Reduces stiffness from prolonged sitting or standing
• Helps people who feel “stuck” on one side

Go slow, stay controlled, and stop if pain travels down your leg.

STOP stretching your back the wrong way. Do THIS instead 👇

Hip 90/90 with cross-leg rotation side to side is very good for your body.
It loosens up your hips and spine, improves rotation, and helps relieve back pain by taking stress off your lower back.

If your back feels tight, stiff, or achy, the problem is often your hips — not your back.
Move better, rotate better, feel better.

Try 8–12 slow reps, stay controlled, and breathe through the movement.

Do this exercise for sciatica relief 👇
If you’ve been dealing with sharp pain shooting from your lower back down your leg, this movement can help calm the nerve and reduce tension. Sciatica is often aggravated by prolonged sitting, poor posture, or muscle tightness around the hips and low back.

Take your time with this exercise. Move slowly, breathe normally, and stop if you feel sharp pain. Consistency matters more than intensity. Doing this daily can help improve mobility, decrease nerve irritation, and make walking and sitting more comfortable.

If this helped you, send a ⭐️
We also offer virtual PT consultations, online rehab programs, and custom exercise plans tailored to your pain and lifestyle.

Pain on the inner side of your shoulder blade? 👀
That deep ache along the inside of your scapula is often coming from the rhomboid muscles.

When these muscles get tight or overworked, they can cause:
• Inner shoulder blade pain
• Upper back stiffness
• Shoulder discomfort with movement

Try this simple stretch to lengthen the rhomboids, reduce tension, and ease that nagging shoulder blade pain. It’s quick, safe, and easy to do at home.

If this helped you, send a ⭐️ and save this for later.

A knee replacement replaces the joint — not the strength.

Evidence-based rehab rebuilds muscle, function, and confidence long after surgery.

Rehab ends when function improves — not when pain decreases.
