A group of humans have left me inspired this weekend~

Not hours, but minutes into a new cohort of Yoga Teacher (or Practitioner?? may be a better term) Training, they laid their hearts on the metaphorical line of a zoom screen. Minutes. Not knowing if someone would unmute and echo their sentiments or get a nod from someone living in another state or country.

Like someone in training suggested, honor and acknowledge those your inspire your teachings. So these next words aren’t mine, but snippets taken from words I’ve loved from ~~ but of course none other.

Let’s get lost tempting fate with frolic…
What expressions might emerge when I am uncensored, enraptured, unpredictable, “it” in your game of tag?
Come close and whisper that there is room for rebellion.

To those on the screen that day… Thank you for letting me be YOUR student, in awed by the ways you share. I honor and acknowledge your braveness.

Hey Savannah 🌳⛲️🧘🏻‍♀️, I am back for ONE class ONLY. Let’s Flow Circle it up THIS Wednesday 6p Under The Trees….. I may even do a playlist from the the first time we met circa 2020. 💚🧚🏼‍♀️

Couldn’t be prouder of for carrying this on….the city is so lucky to have your teachings, your heart and your giggle.

Last week on zoom, everyone was splayed out
resting in savasana, I said my farewells.
“Recording ended…” 👩🏻‍💻

Before the upload could complete, I hit delete.
I stood up to make dinner and my mom texted me.
How was class?
Eh, not my best work.

And then like clockwork…
A few of you at the same time,
wrote me how much you loved class. ♥️
And so glad I recorded it.
🫢

I’m a little crazy.
It shows you could be doing something for over a decade and still feel that way.
Sometimes the train feels like the wheels have come off the rails.
To me.
But to you~ it feels like some wild ride.
A journey worth repeating.
Or so you say.

I’m a little crazy and thank goodness you’re insane 🙏🏼♥️🤘🏼

WHO IS SHE? 🫴🏼✨〰️

Body Poetic is much more than a business. I feel like she is truly an extension of who I am and what is written on my heart. Literally, the way I craft up classes and lead others to do are a direct reflection of the poet that lives deep within me, mixed all my studies, trials and tribulations in this “industry”. A amalgation of mobile language, eloquent body art, and a straight-forward rawness.

Living and Breathing she is…so much in fact in THIS year’s trainings, I’m sharing a part of the Methodology that I have never before. 🤭 It’s deeply personal. And it’s an honor to share….for whoever will listen (and for those who feverishly take notes 😜).

And Body Poetic has many aspects to her. 👇🏼
I hope you take part in one, in many, in all….

RETREATS: an immersive experience of yourself~ taking place all over the world.🌍 No yoga experience needed, just a desire to travel ✈️ and that means within too.

ACADEMY: 200RYT & 500RYT’s have graduated from both programs for 8 years. A program with a steadfast reputation…as so do the Alumni who represent her.

EXTENSION PROGRAMS: Taking our signature sequencing and embodiment into inventive Pilates and Sculpt Options.

MENTORSHIP: Personalized one-on-ones for nearly aspect of teaching. For any teacher, from any program. And yes, CEU’s.

🇮🇹 THE ITALY RETREAT, Nov 2-7, 2025.

Entangled by vineyards 🍇, surrounded by the Italian Alps in a Villa built in 1925. Be enchanted as the record player sounds in the Salotto, espresso is served in the pool house, and the aromatics of the fire burn in the yoga greenhouse. ☕️🥾📿🍎🧘🏻‍♀️

Serveral heated pools, 2 properties to use. Indoor and outdoor suanas. Bike into Merano for a little hustle bustle or stroll the quiet streets of charming Lana. Most likely, we will be the only ones speaking English. 🙂 We’ll take the Gondola and hike in the mountains ⛰️ or you can sit by the fire back at the villa 🪵🔥.

I’ll offer esquisite yoga & wellness practices and take you on a journey all while we practice in a glass room with rustic wood floors, and views of the garden all around. No stone will be left unturned.

Ps I’ve have the best speghetti (with fresh mozzarella & basil) of my life here. Maybe why this is my third year in a row??? 😜

Come for rest. Come for adventure. Come for you. ♥️
