In order to best prepare fo you injectable appointment, we recommend: ⁣
💊 No blood thinners such as Advil or Ibuprofen 3-5 days before/after treatment
🍸 No alcohol or smoking for 24-48 hours before/after your appointment⁣
✨ Start taking Arnica supplements to help prevent bruising
🥙 Eat a light meal prior to your treatment to prevent any lightheadedness ⁣
📸 No major events or photoshoots for 1-2 weeks after the treatment as you will still be in your healing period⁣
