Mindfulness IRL offers MBSR courses for people living with Autoimmune Disease, Long Covid and Chronic Pain. MBSR is an evidence based 8 week training to reduce the impact of stress on serious illness and/or chronic pain. Mindfulness practice trains you to relate to discomfort, fatigue and fear, with acceptance, curiosity and compassion, reduces suffering, and opens the door to your body's own innate ability to heal itself.

I recently heard author Liz Gilbert (Eat, Pray, Love) refer to the word PAUSE as an acronym: P- perhaps A- another U- unexplored P- possibility E- exists. I love this.
