MAYOR ROBERT TAYLOR and HIS MINONS: this man is infirm mentally, and physically. He lacks leadership judgement, and he’s complicit with the Roseville Police Departments criminal behavior. HE IS AWARE of the corruption, lies, padded files, intentional blind eyes. He’s a THIEF, and he’s DANGEROUS.
