The client isn’t always right. But it doesn’t matter. If they feel they were promised something and I have to eat some operational costs to deliver it (even when it wasn’t promised) I’ll deliver it to make them happy. Pride or right and wrong aside an unhappy client is going to cost me a lot more than what it cost me to deliver that extra bit
