Sierra Pregnancy + Health SPH provides physical, emotional and spiritual health care for women and families before, during and after pregnancy. All services are free, safe and private.

Since 1999, Sierra Pregnancy & Health (SPH) has been dedicated to providing life-affirming care, help and information to women who may be pregnant. We believe every person is created in the image of God and has a purpose. SPH is a safe and confidential place for anyone dealing with unplanned pregnancies, prevention, pregnancy loss, and postpartum depression. We provide community resources, education, mentorship and material support regardless of age, race, or religion. All services are provided with the highest level of respect for the woman, baby and family. SPH is a non-profit, free resource center and is funded 100% by donations.
