Hey SP Vibe Tribe,

Many of you have supported me simply by being part of this page, and several of you have trusted me enough to learn more, ask questions, and even experience a balance demo firsthand.

That truly means everything to me!

Tomorrow evening, I’ll be attending an in-person Super Patch event here in Houston, and I have to say, this is hands down the BEST way to really understand what these patches can do. Seeing it, feeling it, experiencing it… it’s different.

Women’s History Month is a time to celebrate the brilliance, leadership, and contributions of women throughout history. It is also a time to center our cognitive health, because brain fog is real.

Hey Super Patch Vibe Tribe,

March is Women’s History Month, and since I also celebrated my 45th birthday on March 4, I wanted to do something meaningful to mark this season of life.

As many of us know, our bodies begin experiencing changes in our 40s. Hormones shift, energy fluctuates, sleep changes, and we start paying closer attention to how we support our overall wellness.

This past weekend I had the opportunity to listen to a live conversation with Niki Purcell, a wellness education specialist, and Dr Anne Cucanan Menik, founder of Women Wellness That Works. Their discussion was incredibly informative and spoke directly to many of the things women experience as we move through different stages of life.

So this week I will be sharing short clips from their conversation so we can learn together.

A highlight from last weekend’s Super Patch Convention was a surprise guest appearance by Montell Jordan.

He shared that he’s been using Super Patch to support his health journey. As a two-time cancer survivor.

He also talked about his upcoming documentary, Sustain, where he confronts a life-altering prostate cancer diagnosis and shares that journey.
