My mission is to provide skilled nursing care at home, provide education to caregivers and navigate care to ensure quality recovery and future health in the private pay sector. Igo To You – Skilled Nursing provides private pay, in-home nursing care built on over 22 years of experience in critical care, trauma, wound management, clinical leadership, and hospice. Led by Holly Igo, RN, this service is designed for individuals and families who want skilled, attentive, and compassionate care at home — without the barriers of insurance restrictions, hospital systems, or facility limitations. Services include:

Full body & physical need assessments

Ventilator, tracheostomy & airway management

Wound, fistula & stoma care from a 6-year wound nurse/manager

Care onboarding: history review, plan of care, nursing notes, physician communication & appointment planning

Post-hospital care plans with goal setting, follow-up coordination, education, and family training

Referrals for daily living support such as meals, medication verification, and personal care
Holly’s mission is simple: to give you the right to direct your own care, while she delivers the professional skill and critical eye needed to help you heal safely at home. Pricing:

Onboarding, product/equipment procurement & procedures – $50/hr

Hourly visit, assessment & appointment coordination – $35/hr

Comprehensive Post-Hospital Care Plan – $6,000/month
(Includes history review, short & long-term goal planning, physician updates, diagnostic/appointment support, family training, and on-call availability)

Referrals for daily support services – $25/hr
(Meals, daily visits, medication verification, showers/baths, and more)

My first case of negative bias from a fellow nurse at a hospital in front of client. The feelings are hard to express. If you don’t know this already, you have options. It’s your body. The doctors and hospitals and insurance companies do not own your rights to healthcare. I can offer the same treatment at home and achieve even better results minus infection, $$$ and grief. If only I could show the world….
