Health Choice Urgent Care has been serving the Roswell Community since 2008. Our center is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Faster!

We are located at 660 W Crossville Rd Suite 110, between Outback and Ashley River Rd. Feel free to walk in, no appointment is necessary, but we do recommend Saving Your Spot Online and E-Registering to reduce time in the waiting room. Our center accepts all major insurance and has affordable self-pay options. We look forward to helping you Get Better.
