In light of the heartbreaking loss of Malcolm-Jamal Warner’s child due to drowning, our hearts are heavy. As autism moms, we know all too well the silent risks our kids face — especially around water.

🧩 Children with ASD are 160x more likely to drown than their neurotypical peers.

👙 One crucial, often overlooked step? Choose swimwear that can be seen underwater.
Dark blues, greens, and pastels disappear beneath the surface — making rescue harder in critical moments.
