Here’s the truth Jeffrey shares in a recent conversation: it’s much simpler than it sounds.

Raising your vibration isn’t about numbers, meters, or charts; it’s about awareness.

It’s the shift from contraction to expansion.

When you’re caught in fear, worry, or past pain, awareness contracts. You can’t see the beauty, opportunity, and love around you.

The moment you notice, “Oh, I’m focused on something negative,” you begin to expand. You see more of the picture.

That simple awareness: that’s what raising your vibration really is.

You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to avoid every trigger.

Just notice when you’re contracted, breathe, and allow your perspective to widen again.

If impatience shows up, ask softly, “When does this want to unfold?”
