FLU SHOTS ARE HERE! Call us at (336) 597-2204 to schedule your flu shot. Appointments preferred, walk-ins welcome M-F from 8-11:30 a.m. & 1-3:30 p.m. Flu shots are covered by most insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare. Free for uninsured children ages 18 and under. Otherwise, a fee will be involved based on the vaccine given. Please bring your insurance card (includes Medicaid and Medicare cards).

For free at-home COVID-19 tests, stop by our front desk Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. If you are experiencing any symptoms, please send someone else to pick up your tests. You can also order tests online, by going to https://www.covid.gov/tests
