STEPRox Recovery Support Center

STEPRox Recovery Support Center STEPRox is a peer led program based on a participatory model empowering peers to participate in decisions affecting them. "Nothing about us without us."

The STEPRox Recovery Support Center's mission is to provide a safe place for the recovery community, their family, friends and those interested in recovery to engage in activities beneficial to the individual and the community. Our goal is to make a direct contribution to our community by encouraging volunteerism and peer leadership opportunities.

Condolences to the family and to the many friends of George Halfkenny who passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025. George was a member and former coworker at STEPRox. George was passionate about restorative justice which led to his co-founding the non-profit THRIVE Communities.
The organization "envisions a world where wholeness and justice replace cycles of incarceration and oppression—a world where communities THRIVE."
