Let’s be real for a second
Most people don’t struggle with eating healthy because they’re lazy.
They’re just exhausted or it's not sustainable.
Exhausted from deciding what to cook
Exhausted from starting over every Monday
Exhausted from feeling “on track” one week and completely off the next
Discipline is not the problem, it's a structural problem
