My holistic approach to health takes into consideration food, sleep, stress management, fitness, and environmental factors, in an effort to help my clients achieve optimal health and wellness. Allow me to join you on your journey to a healthy, joyful, and whole life! I specialize in integrative and functional nutrition which centers around the core philosophy of a holistic, personalized approach to health and wellness. I bring energy, enthusiasm and compassion to support you on your unique path to a healthier, happier, more confident version of yourself. Together we will consider your physical, mental and emotional self, order to identify your barriers to good health and find sustainable nutrition and lifestyle solutions. I want you to find joy in delicious foods, and learn what food can do for your body and mind. My holistic approach to health incorporates food, sleep, stress management, fitness, and environmental factors, in an effort to help you achieve optimal health and wellness and prevent or reduce the risk of chronic disease. I am currently accepting new clients for virtual services and look forward to eventually adding in-person services. Here are the current ways we will work together:

Align and filter your goals – i.e. Weight loss, improving habits and routines, meal prepping, sleep hygiene, and creative ways to increase physical fitness. Nutrition education, counseling and therapy to help address and repair your relationship with food. Set up an environment that promotes health and healthy choices for long term success. Gain insight by learning to listen to what your body needs, helping it stay energized and healthy. Have a professional help guide you through the process of mindfulness and individualized goals to success. What is Mindful Eating? Mindful eating is an approach and technique to eating that is based on the meditation practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness meditation can help us recognize and cope with our emotions and physical sensations. When applied to eating, it can help us pay full attention to our eating experiences, our food cravings and physical cues.
Why try it? The pace of life today is so fast, and we have so many distractions, we often do not pay attention to our food. Eating on the run, in front of the TV or while working disconnects us from our food and our body's response to it.
I utilize mindful eating with my clients to help them slow down, pay attention when they are eating, how they felt before, how they felt after, and to help them begin identify the various cues of hunger, fullness and satiety.
